Six Isosporiasis cases have been reported up to now in Turkey.Three of these cases were seen in patients with tuberculosis and three in patients subject to immune suppressive treatment.This case is presented because it is the first isosporiasis case in an AIDS patient and has been evaluated under the light of the latest literature findings.
