Brucellosis is a disease which can cause complications in several systems. In comparasion to the other systems, complications releated to the gastrointestinal and musculoscletal system occur relatively more frequently. Brucella orchitis is a rare complication of the disease which is usually unilateral. In this study, one with unilateral, the other with bilateral orchitis due to brucellosis, two cases, 20 and 32 years old respectively, were discussed. We decided that, in cases with scrotal swollen, brucella orchitis should be kept in mind in the differential diagnosis, because brucellosis is an endemic disease in our region.
